The company is supplying 100% export oriented all kind of Men’s shirt, Ladies shirt/Blouse, Boys/Girls Tops, Light weight shorts, swim trunks, pyjama, Plwce (Polar and micro Vest), Jacket, Trouser etc as per Buyer’s requirements.

Present Supply Capacity: 150,000 pieces of shirts & Tops/month in 08 lines

FUTURE is building a strong industrial engineering team who will be committed to implement the latest lean manufacturing practices. The team will be responsible for overall capacity planning and work balancing for the different department. By using Standard Minute Values (SMVs) for each process used in assembling of a product, the team is able to accurately estimate the cost and time for manufacturing a particular style, which helps to reduce uncertainties and downtime.

At the factory floor, the Industrial Engineering team tracks productivity for individual workers and line units, which enables FUTURE to implement an innovative performance-based incentive system for the production staff. The team also tracks all inputs and work-in-progress through the production lines, ensuring a steady process flow and improving efficiency of the production organization.

Our Factory build on a very specious area which contains 460 decimal (14 Bigha) land & we tried to keep min 30% area empty with a lot of trees around like a green factory. Rest 70% land occupied by 2 big steel shade with many auxiliary buildings. Our present space capacity is around 90,000 sft& we have empty space for Future Expansion to reach 150,000sft.

We have started our factory with 08 lines but we have ready space for 20 lines now. When we will start our all lines (20) our capacity will reach to 450,000pcs/month.
